Betina is a great small boat that you can rent in Hvar and explore Pakleni islands. It’s very stable and easy to steer, even for beginners. Although small boats like Betina were previously often rented out in Hvar even without a license, this is no longer allowed. You will need to have a boating license to rent a small boat anywhere in Hvar, otherwise you risk a fine.
